Hooters' DIY dry cell kits are great for HHO experimenters. Each individual plate that makes up the dry cell unit has tabs for electrical connections, making it easy to change neutral plate configurations. If you decide you want to run more or less neutral plates you simply move the paddle connectors* to the appropriate plates.

* Paddle style connectors are good for testing purposes, but for long term use they should be permanently soldered to the plates to prevent the possibility of shorts or overheating. Watch the video below for instruction.
